Shipping policy

All physical purchases will be shipped within 3 business days. In the event of a delay in shipping your purchase, you will be informed by AkhtsJrep and offered a refund and cancellation of your order if you so wish.

Your package will be shipped in a regular envelope without branding. Description of the contents on the package will be limited to a summary of the goods for customs purposes if needed (eg 'Book').

AkhtsJrep being located in the United States in the state of California, your package will be shipped from California with the service of your choosing. International shipping is available for most countries. Please keep in mind that customs may apply if you order outside of the United States.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated upon checkout and will depend on your destination. Packaging costs are included in the shipping costs. Please note that your shipment may not include tracking based on the services you chose. The best shipping methods for your destination, as well as their timeline estimates, are automatically selected by Shopify at the checkout phase.
