Refund policy
AkhtsJrep does not offer any refunds for finalized purchases arrived in good condition and within a reasonable time.
If the products that you receive are damaged, do not match what you ordered, or fail to reach you within 30 days after shipping, please contact AkhtsJrep at akhtscontact@yahoo.fr explaining the issue.
If you received the wrong products or damaged products, please attach pictures of the contents of your package to your e-mail for follow-up purposes.
Once it has been determined that you have received damaged goods, your package did not match what you ordered, or your package did not arrive within a reasonable time, you will be entitled, based on your choice, to a full refund or a free replacement of your order (within stock limits). If there isn't enough available stock left to provide you with a free replacement, you will be informed by AkhtsJrep and receive a refund by default.
